Karen has been a coach, counselor, and entrepreneur for over 20 years. Karen reports there is NOTHING like coaching in the Kingdom. Karen has also coached in Pedro’s other business Crush It with Challenges, and works with entrepreneurs as a challenge consultant. Karen runs her own challenges, workshops and 3 other businesses, A Woman’s Time (a woman’s integrative health clinic) Institute Of Women's Health & Integrative Medicine, (educational event platform for doctors) & Founder of Change From The Inside Out, (her platform to help women to Stop The War Within and create Peace From The Inside Out.)
Karen is raising her grandsons and they live in Oregon and have 4 dogs they all enjoy and love. Karen is a daughter of the BEST POPPA first, Oma 2nd and all the rest follows from that.
