Before Pedro (BP time!) I had a 20+ year career in international education where I pioneered new businesses and large strategic initiatives impacting students and universities worldwide. After a painful separation from my field (can anyone else relate?), I found Pedro through the 414 Challenge in April 2020. He put words to what I had been seeking for sooooooo long. 100X has changed my life 100% inside and out!

I am a 100X Certified Coach and have been a Family Room Leader since they began in June 2021, aside from a short sabbatical for family issues.

I have been working with challenges since the first Movement Maker Challenge in 2020. I was one of only 15 paid coaches in Pedro’s business, Crush It U (CIU) where I coached entrepreneurs on implementing the challenge framework.

In my own business, I coach people on getting their ideas out of their head and into a realistic action plan, getting out of their own way in order to achieve what God has placed in their heart. I also coach and consult in the challenge framework.
