Meet The Coach: Coach Deb is the founder of Discover the Olympian Within, a 2X Olympian, M.A. Sport Psychology, 40+ year sport coach, wife and mother of two young adult men. As a high-performance mindset coach, Deb loves helping parents and their aspiring athletes train their mental, emotional, and spiritual skills and weave those skills into their sport training and competition.
Training for sport, is a great arena to prepare for life. Mindset matters no matter what industry you are in. It is Deb’s mission to take the 100X Kingdom Principles into the sports world and improve the current mental fitness and mental health narrative. Get back to building Kingdom Character Values in sport, for life and for a lifetime of successful results.
New to entrepreneurship and online tech skills, Deb’s vision is to build a profitable business that blesses her clients mightily and provides for time and financial freedom for her family. She is really excited to have 100X training as the foundation of building her business.

Her Favorite hobbies are getting out in nature with her husband Andy. That might be walking, biking, kayaking, swimming, etc., and the weather doesn’t’ matter. With young adult men out on their own she particularly cherishes any opportunities to spend time together.
